I’ve been privileged to serve the Cochrane community since 2018 as a registered Doctor of Acupuncture with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAA). After completing the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (DTCM) program at ACATCM in Calgary, I continued my education in Kunming, China, where I interned at Yunnan Provincial Teaching Hospitals. This experience deepened my understanding of TCM and allowed me to blend its rich traditions with modern healthcare practices to best support each patient’s individual needs.
In my practice, I take the time to connect with your body as I work. While tongue and pulse diagnosis are key tools, I also observe how your body responds during treatment. Sometimes, your nervous system will indicate whether it needs deeper or more shallow needle insertion, and I trust your body to guide the process. I believe in listening to your body’s cues to ensure that the treatment is both comfortable and effective.
Whether through acupuncture, herbal medicine, or lifestyle guidance, my focus is on helping you activate your body’s innate healing abilities. With every treatment, my goal is to empower you to feel more balanced, resilient, and in tune with your own health.
